I have led merchant networks at Yellow and built bundled support systems for thousands of smallholder farmers at Akeyo Africa. Currently, I lead implementation for the Climate Smart Jobs programme at Palladium, where as the Implementation Lead, I manage a multi-disciplinary team of specialists across Ecosystem Services, Gender Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI), and Access to Finance to ensure results-oriented delivery and quality assurance.
